Rehearsal Schedule

For most rehearsals, the band meets on Tuesday evenings from 7 PM to 9 PM at The Margaret L. Vetter School on Grant Avenue in Eatontown, NJ when school is in session.

Rehearsals for the 2022 fall/winter concert season star in early September and last until the final fall/winter concert. The band takes a hiatus during the winter holiday season, and begins spring rehearsals in January for our final concerts in April and May.

Rehearsals are mostly on Tuesday evenings from 7:00 PM (SHARP - actually about 10 minutes prior) until 9:00 PM, but we usually end 15 minutes prior. Early is on time, and on time is late. NOTE: Post COVID, we've tended to start at 6:50 PM and end by 8:30 PM without a break.

Below are recordings we are currently practicing. They are listed mostly in alphabetical order. They are provided for you reference, practice, etc.

When possible the publisher's recording will be provided. We may not take it at their speed, and we may make adjustments, but they should definitely help with tricky rhythms.

Videos, such as via YouTube, will be provided too. There will mostly be other bands. Their quality may not be as polished as the publishers recording, but YouTube allows you to slow down or speed up playback without affecting pitch. This change in speed, in either direction, may help you master a piece too.

Since many of our pieces appeared in movies, or musicals and then movies, I’ve included original clips in case you weren’t familiar with their original form.
